snowed in Maine

After the Wedding. emotional wrestling. a drama so rich you wish you could watch their whole lives unfold before you. besides who doesn’t love picturesque Copenhagen.

This Sigur Ros song Vaka as a good companion to snow. the sense of starkness and heartbreak. not that i condone heartbreak. not at all. but its fodder for fast paced writing. that loneliness allows for the frankness to happen upon the page. years ago this song happened to get me through some heartache and now it’s a song of strength. oh how we come full circle.

more emotional turmoil. this time i am concerned less about the story than the format of the writing. footnotes holy footnotes.

a master of minimalism. poetry that stirs and sticks. whole gut reaction. the sweet in my tooth. goodness.
